These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and Vegito Fresh Organics Private Limited ("Vegito"). By accessing our website vegito.in, placing delivery orders, or shopping at our physical storefronts, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Hyperlocal Delivery & In-Store Experience
Vegito operates an integrated hybrid model comprising physical retail farm outlets and a 30-minute geofenced delivery network.
- • Service Areas: Hyperlocal deliveries are limited to designated geofenced polygons in Dehradun (PIN Codes 248001–248015).
- • 30-Minute SLA: Deliveries are expedited under normal weather and traffic conditions. During severe Uttarakhand monsoons or highway diversions, safety buffers may apply.
- • Physical Store Hours: Walk-in shopping and live farm market counters operate daily from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
3. Digital Scale Weighment & Buffer Reconciliation
Because agricultural fresh produce naturally varies in individual vegetable size, exact unit weights cannot always match rounded increments.
⚖️ The Vegito Transparency Guarantee:
1. When ordering variable produce (e.g. 500g Cauliflower or 1kg Papaya), your checkout total includes a standard 5% weight buffer.
2. At packing, our IoT digital scale locks the exact gram weight with an automated WhatsApp photo proof.
3. Automatic Refund: If packed weight is below ordered weight, the exact pro-rata difference is instantly refunded to your original payment method or Vegito Wallet.
4. Pricing, Mandi Dynamic Rates & Payments
All prices are updated daily at 5:00 AM based on direct morning farm harvest costs and transparent Mandi benchmarks. All applicable taxes (GST) and delivery handling fees are clearly itemized before order confirmation.
5. 100% Glass Bottle Circular Economy
In line with our Zero-Plastic pledge in Doon Valley, our cold-pressed juices and Badri A2 shakes are bottled in sterilized glass containers. Customers can hand over intact, cleaned Vegito glass bottles to any delivery rider or in-store cashier to receive +50 Vegito Coins per bottle.
6. Cancellations & Freshness Guarantee
Given our express 30-minute dispatch speed, orders can only be cancelled before the picker finishes the weigh-slip scan. If you receive any produce that fails your freshness standards, report it via WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery for an instant 100% replacement or refund.
7. User Accounts & Loyalty Coins
Vegito Coins earned through referrals, bottle deposits, or promotional campaigns cannot be converted into cash but can be applied freely against any produce, juice, or recipe kit order.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of your relationship with Vegito shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
