How Refund Timelines Work

2 to 4 Business Hours
Reversed directly back to your source linked bank account.

Subject to your issuing bank's standard settlement cycle.
Order Cancellation Rules
• Before Packing (Within ~2 Minutes): You can cancel your order via the app or WhatsApp helpline for a 100% full refund with zero cancellation fee.
• After Dispatch: Since our fleet departs Store #001 within 4 minutes and items include fresh perishable cuts, orders cannot be cancelled once the delivery rider is on the road.
